This tool combines several still images into a single animated GIF file, with control over how long each frame is displayed before advancing to the next. Add your images (drag to reorder them into the sequence you want), set the delay between frames, and generate — everything happens locally in your browser using a dedicated background thread, so the page stays responsive even while encoding.
Since every frame in a GIF must share the same pixel dimensions, images of different sizes or aspect ratios are automatically fitted into a consistent canvas size (preserving each image's own proportions, with letterboxing rather than stretching or cropping) rather than being distorted.
A quick note on delay timing: the GIF format itself stores frame delay in units of 1/100th of a second, and many browsers have a long-standing quirk where extremely short delays (under roughly 20ms) get overridden and played back at a default speed instead — this tool warns you if your chosen delay falls into that range.
All processing happens locally in your browser — your images are never uploaded anywhere.
