Getting a Clean Drawn Signature
Drawing with a mouse tends to produce a shakier result than drawing with a finger or stylus on a touchscreen — if the tool is available on your phone or tablet, that's often the more natural way to get a signature that actually looks like your handwriting.
Using an Uploaded Image Instead
If you have a photo or scan of your actual signature on paper, uploading that image instead of drawing a new one can look more consistent with your usual signature. A signature on plain white paper, photographed with reasonable lighting and then cropped closely, tends to work well.
Placement Matters
Position the signature precisely on any designated signature line or field — a misplaced or overlapping signature can look unprofessional or, in some contexts, cause confusion about which field it applies to on a multi-signature document.
