About the AI Image Prompt Builder
This tool takes one image idea and formats it correctly for three different AI image generators, each of which expects a genuinely different prompt style. Fill in the subject and any optional details β style, setting, lighting, composition, color mood, camera details, and what to avoid β and the tool builds a properly structured Midjourney prompt (descriptive phrase plus technical parameters like --ar and --no), a Stable Diffusion prompt (comma-separated positive and negative keyword lists with standard quality tags), and a DALL-E 3 prompt (a natural-language sentence, since DALL-E 3 responds to conversational description rather than keyword lists). Only the subject field is required. All processing happens locally in your browser; nothing you type is ever uploaded to a server.
Platform Differences
MidjourneyResponds to concise descriptive phrases plus command-style parameters (--ar for aspect ratio, --s for stylize, --c for chaos, --no for negative elements). Keyword-heavy and parameter-driven.
Stable DiffusionInterprets a prompt as a weighted list of comma-separated concepts rather than a sentence β earlier terms carry slightly more influence. Positive and negative prompts are separate fields; parenthetical weights like (word:1.3) increase a term's influence.
DALL-E 3Built on a language model, so it responds best to full, natural, conversational sentences describing the scene β not keyword tags. It has no technical parameter syntax; plain-language instructions like "avoid including X" work directly.
Order mattersIn Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, earlier elements in the prompt generally carry more weight β put your most important details first.
IterateTreat the first generation as a starting point β all three platforms support regenerating or refining based on what came back.
